Prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines are verified by our pharmacy team. Upload a clear photo or PDF of your doctor's prescription on the Prescriptions page.

Delivery & shipping

  • Standard delivery across serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive items ship in compliant packaging.
  • You receive updates by SMS/email when your order is dispatched.

Payments

  • Pay securely at checkout using supported payment methods.
  • Invoices and payment confirmations are available in your order history.

Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or expired products reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy for full eligibility.
